Lk 8:19-21

Jesus’ words about family are not meant to be hostile. Mary is the first and finest disciple. Jesus’ greater concern is about the family not tied by blood but by the common bond of being part of God’s family.

There are so many people who do not know, do not understand or completely reject being part of a spiritual family, made in the image and likeness of God. I pray for them today.
