Religious Education encompasses the faith formation of our entire parish community. Our children learn and grow in their faith, and adults endeavor to continue in this learning process throughout their lives.

Youth & Children's Faith Formation

Our Religious Education Program for children at Santa Maria de la Paz is maintained by our Director of Religious Education. There are two of schedules available (see below).

Schedule A - Sunday 10:45 am to 11:45 am
Schedule B - Sunday 8:30 am to 9:30 am

Adult Enrichment Sessions are offered at the same time children are in class. We will be having four parent sessions of five weeks each (see the Religious Education Schedule above).  Since our children do not learn in isolation, but rather with their families, we ask that parents attend one of these sessions over the course of the year in addition to helping their children with religious education at home, praying daily, and attending mass regularly.

Vacation Bible School - VBS is a weeklong program of fun including music, scripture, drama, craft, and games.  Usually held in mid to late June.  Registration will take place in the spring.  The fun starts at 8:30am and ends at noon.
